Behind the Journey
Kreshnik Sahiti, affectionately known as "Nikos," serves as the founder and director of A4R. Born on October 19, 1991, in Burrel, Albania, Kreshnik moved to Greece at the age of two, where he was raised and gained Greek nationality. His multicultural upbringing instilled in him values of resilience, adaptability, and the importance of community support. These principles guided Kreshnik's vision for A4R, ensuring a compassionate approach to disaster relief.
With a rich background in hospitality management as the Assistant Bar Manager at the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, Kreshnik has cultivated essential leadership and organizational skills. His experiences living in multiple countries, including France, England, and Norway, have enriched his understanding of diverse cultures and strengthened his commitment to community betterment. Kreshnik is dedicated to fostering connections and driving positive change in the lives of those affected by disasters.

Guido Adamo Aceto
Your Swiss Companion
Guido Adamo Aceto, a close friend and trusted collaborator, serves as the Treasurer and Secretary of A4R. Hailing from New York City, Guido holds Italian nationality through his grandparents, who immigrated from Italy.
An accomplished architect, Guido has a strong passion for humanitarian work. In the last year and a half, he made the life-changing decision to leave his job in New York to seek new adventures and opportunities for personal growth.
Traveling across Europe and the Balkans, Guido has explored new horizons while seeking to connect with communities in need and refocus his purpose.
